Compress your file size

At first you have to download 7- Zip from here 32bit / 64bit
Install the application 
Right click the folder or file you want to decrease file size
Go to 7 - Zip option click Add to "Your file.7z"
Wait for few minutes then a duplicate file is appear and its size is decreased.

About 7zip

7-Zip is an open-source file archiver, an application used primarily to compress files. 7-Zip uses its own 7z archive format, but can read and write several other archive formats. Supported Extensions

By default, 7-Zip creates 7z-format archives with a .7z file extension. Each archive can contain multiple directories and files. As a container format, security or size reduction are achieved using a stacked combination of filters. These can consist of pre-processors, compression algorithms, and encryption filters.
