How to delete undeleteable files or folders

At first open the command prompt press (Windows+R) and then type cmd and press enter to run the command prompt.
In command prompt type the folder or file location like
(e:\your folder\your file.your file extension) to view the location right click the file and go to properties and in location.
Type RD and your file name or location and press enter.
